The Aries Rifle and pistol Shooting Academy, a Khelo India centre located in Dimapur. Has successfully seen two of its members qualify for the National Shooting Championship Competition (NSCC) IN 2025. These centres serve as a vital hub for fostering a competitive spirit and guiding young athletes towards achieving their full potential in the sport. This prestigious National Shooting Championship Competition (NSCC) 2025 follows their impressive performance at the Indian open Competition in Big Bore/Pistol, held in Mhow, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from March 23nd to 31st, 2025, notably, Kimatsung Jamir, a well-regarded shooter from Dimapur known for his expertise in disciplines such as 10m Air Rifle, 50m Rifle Peep Sight Prone, and 50m Rifle Peep Sight 3 position, showcased his skill by scoring 285 out of 300 in the Men’s individual category securing the 41st position.

 

Kimatsung Jamir’s unwavering dedication and profound expertise across a spectrum of shooting disciplines consistently distinguish him as a formidable presence within the competitive shooting sports community. This multifaceted skill set, gained through rigorous training and a deep understanding of shooting mechanics, allows him to excel in diverse formats, setting a benchmark for aspiring shooters in Nagaland and beyond.
